We are already gearing up for our 3rd annual Peach Festival at Neal Creek Retreat. Our 2nd annual event in July was a great success, with some 500 attendees enjoying the festivities at our farm and peach orchard in Belvidere. We had 25 vendors, two live bands, plenty of fresh peaches and homemade peach ice cream, inflatables, a rescue horse, and a young bison for our guests to feed and pet. The Final Crossing Gospel Bluegrass band is expected to return and the Band of Pearls String and Woodwind Ensemble will once again grace us with their fine talent. And we are excited to announce that musician John Carey (my cousin) will make his debut at the festival along with his band. More to come on this!
