March 2025 Meeting Updates

Thank you all for joining us at our coalition meeting yesterday. As a reminder, here are the exciting updates on all the great things happening at the Franklin County Prevention Coalition.

Thank you, Elizabeth Smith, with TN Voices, for introducing your prevention training programs and Connecting Forward program. This is a nonprofit that supports mental health and offers free wellness resources. They are valuable resources available to Franklin County resident families. Please reach out to them or visit their website at https://tnvoices.org/ for more information.

Elder & Sister Hensley from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints spoke about what they have seen during their 18-month mission in Franklin County regarding community collaboration and unity. They shared how impressed they have been with the love and compassion of Franklin County people who serve with their whole hearts and work together to care for those in need.

Unfortunately, this was the Hensley's final meeting with us since their mission has come to an end. They will leave on April 15th. They shared their deep love and respect for everyone. Jessie presented them with flowers and goodie bags to thank them for their selfless service to our community.
